Having the heart totally surrendered to God is a requirement of the Intelligent Faith...
“For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him.” 2 Chronicles 16.9
In other words, it's no use not stealing, not lying, not adulterating, not idolizing. It's no use hiding behind your own justice.
For, if a person seems to have a correct life in everything, but there is something or someone taking the place of the Lord Jesus within him, there is no way for him to receive the Holy Spirit, it is not possible.
Since having a heart wholly His is a requirement of Intelligent Faith.
Therefore, we cannot let anything or anyone dispute with the Lord Jesus for a place within us!
He has to reign absolutely within us! For the Holy Spirit is not poured out on a person just when He is his greatest goal, but when He is that person's only goal!
Until you receive the Holy Spirit, you cannot be torn between Him and anything else!
